The front of house role at Volvo involves Kerryanne interacting with customers a on a daily basis both face to face and on the telephone. “I can be involved in marketing for the service department, running daily reports on data as well as directing people to the right staff in the dealership”, reveals Kerryanne. “I contact customers with MOT and service reminders also. It can be a busy reception and I have a lot to keep me occupied.”
Kerryanne is also warm in her praise for the way the staff have welcomed her to the Volvo dealership, saying: “I had heard good things about Greenhous before I applied for the job and the staff here have been friendly and very helpful to me.”
When not at work Kerryanne favours foreign travel having travelled extensively in Europe as well as spending an extended period in Thailand. She also has an interest in horse riding and skiing.
